Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Wearhouse. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed for delivery within 24 hours.   Orders are delivered during our opening hours Monday to Thursday 10 am to 5pm. and Friday and Saturday 10AM - 5PM.  We do not guarantee delivery on public holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout 

Standard Knutsford Express Shipping

Standard Knutsford Express Shipping applies to all parishes in Jamaica outside of Kingston and St. Andrew. We Ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The time it reaches your pick-up location in your parish solely depends on Knutsford Express.

A Knutsford Express Tracking number will be made available once your item has been shipped. PLEASE NOTE THAT A FORM OF VALID FORM OF ID WILL BE REQUIRED TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE FROM KNUTSFORD EXPRESS ALONG WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER OF THE SHIPMENT. If you require the item to be picked up by someone else other than the person allocated for pick up. Please provide the person's full name and phone number.

All Knutsford Express shipping will be paid for at the Knutsford Express pick-up location as it will be done one to their C.O.D. policy.

Express Knutsford Express Shipping

Express Knutsford Express Shipping, occurs on days other than our Standard Knutsford Express Shipping Days. The cost is JM$700 plus Knutsford Express costs.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Thehairwearhouse is not liable for any products damaged or lost after shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
